Installation Instructions

1. Connect the Pico device to your computer
2. Remove the existing pre_resource folder on the device (if present)
3. Extract the ZIP file content
4. Copy the extracted pre_resource folder to the device root
5. Copy your MP4 files into pre_resource/LauncherConfig/video folder on the device
